Job description:

• Processing of employee recruitment/dismissal documents, other personnel matters;
• Preparation, administration and archiving of documents, contracts;
• Preparation of various documents: orders, authorizations, transfer-acceptance acts;
• Collection of invoices and ensuring that they are forwarded for payment;
• Informal translation of various texts from LT to EN language;
• Ordering of measures related to the well-being of the office, office maintenance;
• Assistance to the project team in matters of office administration and functioning;
• Planning an operative and efficient agenda;
• Management of correspondence flows. Sorting of received information according to priorities and relevance;
• Execution of tasks assigned by the manager and control of deadlines.


Positivity, diligence, responsible approach to work and excellent communication skills;
• Higher education;
• Knowledge of clerical rules and document preparation requirements;
• Good computer skills (Excel, Word);
• Very good Russian and English language skills (oral and written);
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail;
• Similar work experience (in a construction company would be an advantage).
